Irish Sea Salted India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Our hometown of Kilkeel is renowned for the Mountains of Mourne sweeping down to the Irish Sea. Inspired by this we sourced natural mineral sea salt harvested from the Irish Sea and through trial and error created an IPA described as "having the perfect saltiness to give a sensation of salted caramel".

Brewed with maris otter and caramalt  to compliment the salt, this is a bold new world IPA .

Named after local Annalong slang for 'woohoo' which is how we celebrated after tasing our now core range IPA! Described as being packed full of powerful floral hop and grapefruit flavours, its a refreshing brew!

Marshmallow Milk Stout

5% ABV

Described as a "Marshmallowy, dark, roasty milk stout, with flavours of roasted coffee, vanilla and dark chocolate raisins are wrapped up with a lusciously, silky texture and smooth mouth feel created by the oats and lactose."

Simon Martin from You Tube's 'REAL ALE GUIDE'.

This DDH NEIPA is filled with aromas of punchy mango, passionfruit, grapefruit, and fleshy blood orange. On the palette there is a wrap around mouth feel that releases yet more flavours. A good level of maltiness, a touch of sweetness and hops coming through at the end.

The recipe for our latest batch has an increased dry hop rate 12g/L of ella, which pulls forward flavours of orange and pineapple on the palette.

Bright and hazy with a soft oats body,  juicy and quenching with a medium body courtesy of the oats.

A session IPA brewed with maris otter, oats and dextrin which makes way for a massive late addition of citra in the whirlpool. Mosaic weighs in for a 4 day dry hop at 10g/L.

A juicy, hazy little number!

We've dry hopped with cryo mosaic at 20g/L which brings forward flavours of peach, mango and orange with a smooth velvety body from the stupid amount of oats!

Breakfast Stout

8.5% ABV

We joined forces with our good friends Bullhouse Brewing Co. to brew this beer.

 Its a breakfast stout brewed with cacao nibs.  

Dark in colour with a thick oily pour with aromas and flavours of espresso and dark chocolate, finishing with a sweet hint of bourbon and smooth woody vanilla.

Imperial Stout

We love a left field collab and Electric Stout is a collaboration with local instrument crafters Ruach Music. An imperial barrel aged stout infused with hardwood shavings left over from carving musical instruments.

 Smooth and woody with flavours of dried fruit and chocolate.

Citra/Simcoe Lactose India Pale Ale

6% ABV

 

We’ve kept the grain bill as usual with extra pale ale and rolled oats. The lactose creates silky smooth body and adds a touch of sweetness. A whirlpool addition of citra and a 12g/L dry hop of simcoe produces punchy aromas of grapefruit, orange and pineapple which follows through on the palette. Soft and juicy!!
